Videos and dvd's must be checked out IN PERSON, but you can call the Learning Center to check on availability, at 847 432-8900, ext. 242.

Title: Operation Solomon
Producer, Director: American Assoc. for Ethiopian Jews Audience: all Length: 9 min. Subject: Jews in Ethiopia Summary: This excellent video was filmed during the weekend in which Operation Solomon took place in Addis Ababa, and shows the Ethiopian Jews as they gathered outside the Israeli embassy, were processed, put on buses and then planes, and then transported to Israel. Their arrival in Israel is only briefly shown. Should be used with Jerusalem on Line.

Subject: Holocaust -- Whitwell Middle School Summary: When the students of Tennessee's Whitwell Middle School began studying the Holocaust as a way to learn about intolerance and diversity, nobody could have predicted the results. In 2001, the Paper Clip Project culminated in a unique memorial that changed the lives of those who created it, as well as touching Holocaust survivors and people the world over. DVD includes bonus scene, interviews with Holocaust survivors, bonus interviews.
